The SunSensors lens family just got bigger. Originally offered as a photochromic monomer at index 1.56, Polycore’s partnership with Corning has allowed us to bring you the latest line of SunSensors lenses: SunSensors High Performance Photochromic Coating (HPC).

As the name implies, the new SunSensors HPC line is all about delivering premium kinetic performance. They are available in index 1.60 as well as Polycarbonate – the latter being a product exclusively developed, manufactured and distributed by Polycore.

·          Fast darkening and fading: 2mins to darken, 5 mins to fade (before Hard Coat and AR).

·          Identical colour and performance regardless of material.

·          100% UVA and UVB cut blockage.

·          Thin and light.

·          Fast darkening and fading: 5 mins to darken, 5 mins to fade (before Hard Coat and AR).

·          Excellent colour consistency with no uneven darkening regardless of prescription.

·          Since the photochromic molecules are embedded throughout the lens material, SunSensors lenses provide exceptional durability.

·          Thin and light (Density: 1.17g/cc).
